Brian Bourassa It's like Brian Eno bumping into Joe Satriani and Robert Fripp.

Don't let the first track fool ya into thinking it's all just a mellow ride!!! Favorite track: Camelopardalis.

about

Ambient prog/psych/drone explorations of inner and outer space. Spontaneous compositions featuring guitar soundscapes, Moog, Mellotron, and other unworldly sounds, merged and edited into suites. Four side-long journeys, 72 minutes total. Recommended if you like Fripp & Eno, Tangerine Dream, Sunn 0))), Wendy Carlos, movie soundtracks, Harold Budd, Can, Faust, Popol Vuh, and the free-form moments of early Pink Floyd.

All of the music on this album was completely improvised live and recorded direct to 2-track through a stereo microphone pair. There are no overdubs or effects added; only editing for time and cross-fading. Recorded on a farm in Muscatine, Iowa on January 31, March 22, and April 18, 2013. Produced by The Main Sequence. Mastered by Steve Turnidge at Ars Divina/Ultraviolet Studios.
